Everyone is leaving
I’ll be left here all alone. Convicted, sentenced, imprisoned, They’ve found a loving home. They say that I am next, They say I don’t have long. But they must be confused ‘Cuz I know that they are wrong. Everybody loves me I know this to be true I share my worldly wisdom In earnest hatred that I spew. My friends grow by the minute Comrade Putin tops my list And don’t forget ol’ “Rocket Man” We’d have a 3-way tryst. My buddies are the best I just don’t know why they go The lawyers come, The lawsuits fly, And out the door they blow. Resigning left and right I hate to see them leave. They are jumping overboard As I remain to grieve. Now as my ship is sinking And I am left to ponder Why no one wants to work with me ‘Cuz it’s really quite an honor. And the list just keeps growing: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Trump_administration_dismissals_and_resignations
